A graduate from the Faculty of Finance and Management at the Wroclaw School of Banking and the Faculty of Management and Computer Science at the Wroclaw University of Economics. He started gaining his professional experience in 2000 in one of the leading brokerage companies in Poland as a Chief Specialist and Director of the Property Insurance Office. The founder and the main shareholder of WDB S.A., where he acted as a President of the Management Board from 2006 to 2010. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Dom Maklerski in 2006 and 2007. From 2010 to 2012 he managed a private equity fund and served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of WDB S.A. In October 2012 he was appointed to the Management Board of WDB S.A. He has passed the brokerage exam and holds the Certificate of Advisor in the Alternative Trading System No. 13.
A graduate of the Faculty of National Economy at the Oskar Lange University of Economics in Wrocław and the Social Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Łódź. In 2006-2008 she participated in language programmes in Edinburgh. She has passed a brokerage exam, she also holds certificates confirming her knowledge and skills. She has participated in many trainings in the field of group life insurance, as well as transport, property, technical and financial insurance. Associated with WDB S.A. since 2008, in 07.2013 she has been appointed to the Management Board of the company. In WDB S.A. she supervises Customer Service Teams and coordinates mass insurance programmes, strategic for the Company.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Economics in Wroclaw at the faculty of Corporate Finance and law at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw. She completed postgraduate studies in the field of valuation of capital companies (Warsaw School of Economics). She holds a stockbroker license (number 2981) and an Advisor Certificate in the Alternative Trading System. She gained her professional experience working for companies as an Authorised Advisor and also in investment companies, where she was responsible for the analysis of investment projects. Since 2013 she has been associated with DSA Financial Group S.A., where she was responsible for building and implementing investment strategies. As a Member of the Management Board of WDB S.A. she is in charge of corporate and financial activities of the whole WDB S.A. Capital Group and the Company's Investor Relations. She serves as the Financial Director of WDB S.A.
CEO for PIB Group
After 28 years at RSA in various roles, including Managing Director of Commercial in 2003, the following five years included positions of CEO of Willis ltd and CEO of Willis UK and Ireland before moving to Giles Insurance Brokers. On completion of the sale of Giles to Arthur J Gallagher, he became CEO of the UK Retail business. Brendan has also been Honorary Vice President of the CII, Deputy Chairman of BIBA, and past Chair of the Distribution Committee of the ABI.

Ryan joined PIB following on from Towergate Insurance, where he was Finance Director of Towergate Underwriting and the Group M&A Director. Prior to that, Ryan spent 15 years in investment banking with a specialized focus on the insurance sector. He served as Executive Vice President and Head of European Investment Banking at Keefe Bruyette & Woods. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of Fox-Pitt, Kelton.
Group General Counsel
Carl is a senior legal advisor with over 20 years of experience covering corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, group reorganisations, projects, capital markets and debt capital finance, company administration and corporate governance. Prior to joining PIB Group in 2016, he spent five years in the United Arab Emirates as the senior corporate legal advisor to the Government of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, headed by the Ruler of the Emirate, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi. He also spent almost ten years at Ashurst LLP and Clyde & Co in London, advising domestic and international clients on corporate law, financial services and mergers and acquisitions matters.

Paul’s career started at the Royal Navy where he was responsible for maintaining Electronic Warfare, Comms and Weapons. He then joined a technology company that supported a range of systems before moving to NatWest Bank, and other roles in financial services, consultancy for IBM and the airline industry. Recent positions have included Executive CIO and COO/CIO at GMAC, Lloyds Bank and Aldermore Bank. Paul has also been involved in developing a new BlockChain based bank and is Non-Executive Director on the Board of a Maltese Bank and was a Non-Executive Director of a UK Bank.
