Mariusz Muszyński
CEO
A graduate from the Faculty of Finance and Management at the Wroclaw School of Banking and the Faculty of Management and Computer Science at the Wroclaw University of Economics. He started gaining his professional experience in 2000 in one of the leading brokerage companies in Poland as a Chief Specialist and Director of the Property Insurance Office. The founder and the main shareholder of WDB S.A., where he acted as a President of the Management Board from 2006 to 2010. He was a member of the Supervisory Board of Dom Maklerski in 2006 and 2007. From 2010 to 2012 he managed a private equity fund and served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of WDB S.A. In October 2012 he was appointed to the Management Board of WDB S.A. He has passed the brokerage exam and holds the Certificate of Advisor in the Alternative Trading System No. 13.
Natalia Jackowiak
BOARD MEMBER
A graduate of the Faculty of National Economy at the Oskar Lange University of Economics in Wrocław and the Social Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Łódź. In 2006-2008 she participated in language programmes in Edinburgh. She has passed a brokerage exam, she also holds certificates confirming her knowledge and skills. She has participated in many trainings in the field of group life insurance, as well as transport, property, technical and financial insurance. Associated with WDB S.A. since 2008, in 07.2013 she has been appointed to the Management Board of the company.
As a Member of the Management Board, Natalia Jackowiak is supervises Customer Service Teams and coordinates mass insurance programmes, strategic for the Company.
Radosław Grzęda
BOARD MEMBER
A graduate of the Faculty of Administration of the Higher School of Administration and Social Sciences in Warsaw. He has the right to perform brokerage activities confirmed by the KNF exam and certificates of numerous trainings in the field of insurance, investments and public procurement. Manager with many years of practice, always open to unconventional solutions, appreciating cooperation and good relations with people. He gained his professional experience i.a. at PZU Życie S.A. and Generali Polska, where he co-created insurance products and managed the team as Macroregional Sales Director. Since September 2016, he has been responsible for the development of group insurance and employee benefits at Europejskie Konsorcjum Ubezpieczeniowe Sp. z o. o. (since 2013 in the WDB Group, now fully integrated with WDB).
As a Member of the Management Board, Radosław Grzęda is responsible for supervision and strategic development of the offer in the area of group life and health protection programs.
Filip Rybacki

He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Computer Science in the Wrocław University of Economics and he holds a master's degree in business management (MBA). Founder of the Brokers Union insurance company in Wrocław, where he has been the president of the board for 20 years now. He managed the process of obtaining membership in the international organization of insurance brokers UNIBA PARTNERS. In 2008, he participated in the development program Personal Leadership Academy - Harvard Business Review organized by the ICAN Institute, in 2016 in AIG Leadership Academy, and in 2019 in Business Coaching Diploma Advanced Coach at PwC Academy. For many years, he has been associated with the business world not only through insurance activities, but also by working in managerial positions in companies such as: PLL LOT S.A. (in 2007-2008 as the Sales Director of Poland and the world), BMW and Chrysler Wrocław (in the years 1998-2001 as Head of Car Sales) and Mercedes-Benz (in 2001-2002). He has many years of experience in managing a company, making key decisions, and implementing innovative solutions, supported by successes in the field of domestic and international economy.
As a Member of the Management Board, Filip Rybacki is also responsible for supervising the Sales Department Team.

Brendan McManus
SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBER
CEO for PIB Group. After 28 years at RSA in various roles, including Managing Director of Commercial in 2003, the following five years included positions of CEO of Willis ltd and CEO of Willis UK and Ireland before moving to Giles Insurance Brokers. On completion of the sale of Giles to Arthur J Gallagher, he became CEO of the UK Retail business. Brendan has also been Honorary Vice President of the CII, Deputy Chairman of BIBA, and past Chair of the Distribution Committee of the ABI.
Ryan Brown
SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBER
CFO for PIB Group. Ryan joined PIB following on from Towergate Insurance, where he was Finance Director of Towergate Underwriting and the Group M&A Director. Prior to that, Ryan spent 15 years in investment banking with a specialized focus on the insurance sector. He served as Executive Vice President and Head of European Investment Banking at Keefe Bruyette & Woods. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director of Fox-Pitt, Kelton.
Onno Janssen
Supervisory Board Member
CEO for PIB Group Europe. Originally from the Netherlands and now living in Germany, multi-lingual Onno is an experienced Chief Executive Officer, with rich experience across many countries throughout Europe and globally. He joined PIB in September 2022 after serving 21 years at Aon, which included responsibilities as CEO Central & Eastern Europe, CIS & Greece, CEO for Germany, and several other senior posts. He most recently served as CEO for Risk Consulting EMEA & UK. Prior to Aon, Onno also worked for Shell and KLM.
